Delivery Information

Once your order is placed online we will endeavour to pack and ship your order the very same day (if ordered before 12pm) with next working day delivery as standard. 

We endeavour to deliver all orders next working day (when ordered before 12pm). On the rare occasion that we're out of stock of an item or it is special order from one of our suppliers we will notify you as soon as we have received your order to advise lead times and delivery date - you of course then have the right to a refund if the advised delivery date is unsuitable.

Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via next day delivery if ordered before 12pm. This applies to stocked items only. Some Unger Cleaning Equipment items may experience lead times of 2-5 working days if the items are not in stock. We will advise upon receipt of order the approximate lead times, if items are not in stock. Alternatively, please feel free to call us if you need an accurate lead time prior to placing your order.

In order to provide the most competitive pricing we can, delivery charges apply on all order values unless order is placed in conjunction with a promotional code (sign up to our mailing list to be eligible to receive these offers). See below for our delivery charges. Delivery charges are approximate and subject to change at any time.

Returns

No worries, we offer a hassle free returns policy, just contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order and we're more than happy to process a return for you. Please contact us at info@thecleanmachine.co.uk or call 0845 862 0011 before returning any goods.

Providing the goods are unused, unopened and in original condition you can return them to us for a full refund less any delivery charges. If the item was special order it may be subject to a re-stocking charge - see T&C's below. 

Unless there has been a mistake on our behalf the cost of return is at your own expense, however we are more than happy to arrange collection for you, our standard return collection charge is £12.50 + VAT per parcel (return charge may vary depending on the weight, length & volume of parcels and location of collection).

Please note the above charges and information are for guidance only and charges are subject to change at any time. Delivery charges may differ from above as all charges stated are subject to order quantity, volume of order, weight of order and delivery location. We will endeavour to advise any discrepancies at the time of order. All prices stated are subject to VAT. 

We always endeavour to deliver goods in the time stated but please note all goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery time is sometimes out of our control. Any dates we specify for delivery are approximate and we will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by delayed delivery of goods. 

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply goods for any reason you will not be charges and we will refund any money already paid. As stated above, we will not be liable for compensating for any other losses that may be incurred if we are unable to supply goods ordered. All delivery service levels stated are applied to delivery service on date of shipment, not date of order.

Returns Terms & Conditions

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If the goods are not received within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be withdrawn. Goods which have been ordered in directly from manufacturers especially for you may be subject to a re-stocking surcharge. We will advise at the point of return the costs of this re-stocking charge and you will then have the choice to proceed with your return or cancel, by ordering you accept you may be liable for re-stocking charges should these conditions apply and you wish to return goods. We will not be liable for any re-stocking surcharges unless the goods are deemed under warranty by the manufacturer.
